Friday, March 20 is the due date for submitting books for the Young Authors Program. If convenient please keep the books in your classroom. Mrs. Parker will stop by on the 20th to pick them up. Poster board will be distributed to each student participating in the Young Authors’ Program when the student books are picked up. The posters are due April 6.
Students must have a completed Student Information Form inserted in their book. The form was included in the packet sent home in January; however, I will copy additional forms and put them under the mailboxes.

Kindergarten registration is coming in March! Join us on Thursday, March 12th at 6PM at LeRoy Elementary School. Parents will complete the entire registration process while the "new" kindergarten students visit each classroom and complete an activity. What do I bring? Your kindergarten student, official birth certificate, immunization records, offical eye exam and dental exam. You may not have all of these records yet--please make sure to bring the birth certificate so, we can make a copy. Nurse Lu will be available on March 12th so, you can share any medical concerns. Please arrive promptly at 6PM and drop your child off at our kindergarten classrooms. Student's Last Name: A-H begin in Mrs. McLaughlin's room. I-P: Begin in Mrs. Wade's room. Q-Z: Begin in Mrs. Fox's room. Parents join Principal Mrs. Conn and the office staff in the cafeteria to complete the registration process. Kindergarten orientation will be in August.
